Glantraeth 3 - Queens park 0

Form side Glantraeth leapt into the Alliance driving seat, displacing Buckley Town as reward for yet another win against the newcomers Queens Park who were stunned by a Mark Thomas header and two goals from Rob Williams. Thomas who used his head to convert a corner on 21mins then combined with brother Carl to set up Rob Williams for the second beating keeper Patrick Evans on 28mins. A free kick midway through the second half enabled Williams to collect the Bodorgan hosts third, after which Queens Park all but capitulated. Queens rarely threatened and this was Glantraeth's day although they missed on several other guilt edge chances.
